Our Fees

We currently only accept limited commercial insurance in Nevada, all others would be considered self-pay for the following:

Psychiatric Initial Evaluation: $150

​

Follow Up/Medication management:  $75

​

Nevada: Optum/UnitedHealthCare, Aetna, and Cigna/Evernorth commerical insurances

​

Arizona: Self-pay
